Who We Are
Hollie Williams, MSN, PMHNP
Hollie Williams, APRN, PMHNP-C, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and improve their mental well-being. Her journey into mental health care became deeply personal after her youngest daughter, Tenley, was diagnosed with a rare genetic epilepsy, inspiring Hollie to advocate for compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families facing complex health challenges.
Hollie and her husband Dustin, who works in the emergency room, stay busy raising their two daughters. Her oldest daughter, Brylie, is beginning her journey at the University of Kansas—making Hollie a proud Jayhawk mom. A longtime fan of the Kansas Jayhawks and the Kansas City Chiefs, she loves cheering on her favorite teams and saying “Rock Chalk!” in her free time. At home, their family is rounded out by three beloved dogs that keep life fun and lively.
Hollie brings warmth, real-life perspective, and a deep sense of empathy to her work, striving to create a supportive space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their mental health journey
Benjamin Holloway, MA, RN, LCAC
Ben is a healthcare professional dedicated to the intersection of mental health and substance use recovery. He has built on his background in addiction and criminology, now pursuing a Doctorate to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, aiming to bridge critical gaps in mental healthcare by late 2026.
Ben’s clinical foundation is built on a diverse academic and professional journey. He holds degrees in Community Health and Development and a Master’s in Criminology, which allow him to view patient care through both a social and clinical lens. As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), he specializes in providing holistic, evidence-based support for individuals navigating the complexities of addiction and behavioral health.
Outside of his professional life, he is a family man at heart. He lives with his wife, Carlee, and their two boys, Kyper and Brener. They share their home with two energetic dogs who keep them on their toes. When they aren’t at home, you can usually find them cheering for their favorite teams. They are die-hard Kansas Jayhawks fans and never miss a chance to support the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
Beth Fox, MSW, LSCSW – Therapist
Beth Fox is a licensed clinical social worker who’s been helping people navigate life’s challenges for more than 20 years.
Her career has taken a few meaningful turns—from working in medical settings, to spending several years as a stay-at-home mom, and now doing what she loves as a therapist. Those experiences have given her both professional expertise and a real appreciation for the beautiful (and sometimes messy) realities of everyday life.
Beth lives in Manhattan, Kansas, with her husband and their three energetic boys, so she understands that life doesn’t always go according to plan—and that’s okay.
Beth enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and she has a special interest in supporting first responders and the unique challenges they face.
Her approach to therapy is eclectic because she believes people don’t all fit neatly into one box. Together, Beth and her patients find the tools and strategies that work best for them, creating a space where her patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Katy Busby-Jordan, MSW, LMSW – Therapist
Hi there! I’m Katy, a dedicated and passionate Licensed Master Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional well-being. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of kindness and authenticity, and I am here to listen, support, and guide you through life’s challenges.
My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to understanding each individual’s unique experience.
I utilize evidence-based practices to ensure that the support and interventions I provide are effective and tailored to meet your specific needs. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and achieve your goals. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or growth, I am here to help you.

Dustin Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP, ACNP
Dustin Williams, DNP, ACNP, FNP, APRN, is an Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience. While his focus during most of his healthcare career has been acute, inpatient and emergency care, he also has an interest in sleep medicine, weight loss and ADHD. Additionally, as a first responder since 1997, he has a passion for first responder wellness and started this new program with our practice.
Dustin completed an associated degree in pre-hospital medicine / paramedic from Barton County Community College in 2000. He then attended Graceland University where he obtained and bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing, a post-master’s certification in nursing education, and a Doctorate in Nurse Practice degree. He also completed a post-master’s certificate in Acute and Critical Care nurse practitioner studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He most recently completed a certificate in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
Dustin is married to Hollie, together they have two daughters, one at the University of Kansas studying Pre-Medicine and a Freshman in high school. Additionally, they have three dogs each of which has a very different personality. Dustin works fulltime as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department and in-patients setting and serves as the assistant director for the local ambulance service.
Dustin does most of the business office / billing aspects for the practice so you may have spoken with or e-mailed with him if you are currently a patient!
